The Executive Story

Originally founded by Arthur Miller under the name Canadian Furniture Leasing, the company became the first in Canada to rent home and office furniture.

Over the years the company expanded adding a stronger focus on more specialized, higher quality furnishings. It's this focus on quality in design and manufacturing that created the "Executive Seal of Approval". Without it, we won't sell or rent it. With it, this becomes our guarantee to you!

In 1976, Mark Miller entered the family business, bringing with him the belief that selling as well as renting furniture would appeal to clients looking for a one-stop service provider.

In 1991 the company changed its name from Canadian Furniture Leasing to "Executive Furniture Rentals" to reflect the quality of furniture it provided to the direct market that it was servicing.

Our well-respected reputation in the industry has developed hand in hand with growth that has transported the company from an 800 square foot shop on Bloor Street West to our current 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art showroom and Executive Warehouse in the furniture district of Toronto (Dufferin and Lawrence).

Our experience servicing the Canadian market over the past 50 years is a testimony to our belief that experience, professionalism and a determined willingness to provide creative solutions is a formula for success!
