If you are planning to temporarily relocate and are in need of a furnished suite or house, you must check out Executive Furniture Rentals Custom Corporate Housing (CCH) program. It is a menu of services dedicated to save your company money and provide added value to your stay. CCH allows you to have the opportunity to live in areas where traditional corporate housing providers can not service. We simply take an unfurnished condominium, apartment or house and convert it to a corporate home with as many amenities you wish to have for the price you are willing to pay.

Here is how it works. Firstly, it is important to know your company’s budget in advance. Executive Furniture Rentals, with its large inventory of furniture, can meet any reasonable budget. Secondly, please review the following CCH programs to determine which suits your needs. Thirdly, simply reach us by means of mousing onto the “contact” section, e-mail us or call. We would love to discuss your requirements, both short and long term.

The following are packages of services for your consideration:

Deluxe Package

• you provide the unfurnished suite/house
• Executive Furniture Rentals provides complete furnishings and electronics within 48 hours, if required. Design assistance included.
• you choose what you need at the budget you want. All furnishings can be selected either with guidance from one of our rental/sales consultants by phone or online, or by visiting our 30,000 sq. ft. facility.

Double Deluxe Package

• you provide the unfurnished suite/house.
• Executive Furniture Rentals provides complete furnishings, electronics, bedding & kitchenware within 72 hours, if required. Design assistance included.
• Contents is the same as Deluxe except bedding and kitchenware are provided. All available for rent. If you would rather buy bedding and kitchenware packages, Executive Furniture Rentals will purchase new linens and kitchenware, on your behalf and provide them to you at our original cost plus a small administrative fee. It will then be delivered to you with the furnishings.
• All beds will be made and kitchenware placed in cupboards (optional)

“Twin Bill” Executive Package

• You provide the unfurnished suite/house
• Executive Furniture Rentals will provide:
  a. complete furnishings including design
  b. electronics
  • bedding
  • kitchenware package
  c. phone (optional)
  d. high speed internet (optional)
  e. cable (optional
  f. bi-weekly maid service (optional)
  • all the above includes delivery and set-up
  • all the above will be put onto one bill (separate from your property lease)

“One Bill” Executive Package

• Executive Furniture will assist you in finding your unfurnished suite/house. This may include accompanied tours of potential properties.
• Executive Furniture Rentals will provide:
  a. complete furnishings including design
  b. electronics c. bedding
  d. kitchen package complete
  e. phone
  f. high speed internet (if required)
  g. cable (if required)
  h. bi-weekly maid service (if required)
  
• all the above includes delivery and set-up
• all the above will be put onto one bill and invoiced monthly (including property lease)
• minimum 12 month rental required
